Terms and Conditions
Welcome to He's Healing Hands. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our massage services. By booking a session, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Booking and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours and greater than 6 hours before an appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.

No-shows will receive no refund. If no pre-payment has been received, you will be required to make the full payment owing.
Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to accommodate subsequent bookings, without a reduction in the session fee.
Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client may be liable for the full cost of the session.
